On Sunday, Pastor Brian outlined the key principles for a Biblical budget and gave tangible ideas for how we can better steward our money and be sure it doesn't control us!
This week, Pastor Tom clearly and graciously reminded us what the Bible says about money and giving generously. We need to consciously decide be generous!
This week, Pastor Brian wrapped up our Supernatural teaching series with a message about Spiritual Warfare. "If you don't know scripture, you're going to lose the battle." Watch this powerful message here!
On Sunday, Pastor Tom talked about the dangers of the occult and encouraged us, through scripture, to be content with God and God alone. Mediums, tarot card readings, witchcraft and the like cannot coexist with God. When Jesus captures someone’s heart and mind, the occult has to go!
In week two of, "Supernatural," Pastor Tom taught about the devil and his demons. He reminded us that they are indeed real and that they do have power, but it's limited. The amazing news is that we don't need to be afraid! When we stand on the authority and name of Jesus, we can stand FIRM!
Last week, Pastor Brian and his wife, Sarah, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, answered questions about marriage and relationships in this informal Q & A session at our Massapequa Campus. If you missed it, check it out here!
This week, Pastor Brian kicked off our "Supernatural" teaching series with a message about angels. Using numerous examples from scripture, he helped us all understand what the Bible actually says about angels versus what our cultural typically understands about them.
Join us for our next teaching series beginning THIS SUNDAY! Our culture has a lot of ideas about the supernatural and what it entails. The Bible talks about the supernatural realm; of angels and demons, a devil, and even mediums, sorcery, and spiritual warfare. Over the next four weeks, we’ll unpack the reality and significance of the supernatural and separate fact from fiction about this important topic.
Don't forget to join us tonight for the Marriage Q&A with Pastor Brian and Sarah McMillan! 7pm at the Massapequa Campus (98 Jerusalem Ave.) There's still time to text your questions to 516-554-1084.
In week four of "No Perfect Marriage," Pastor Tom taught about the importance of taking proactive steps and setting clear boundaries to protect our marriages. The best defense is a good offense!
If you weren't able to be with us on Sunday, make sure to check out part three of "No Perfect Marriage," with Pastor Tom, here!
